As longer term business travelers, we were impressed by the range of facilities offered by Le Grand Amman. The world-class facility provided everything we needed for a comfortable and productive stay.

Excellent service make this a great business hotel

During my recent business trip to Amman, I had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic hotel. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, allowing me to get a good night's sleep after a long day of meetings. The highlight of my stay was the excellent service provided by the staff. They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met. From the moment I checked in, I felt well taken care of. The Lebanese restaurant on-site was also outstanding, offering delicious food for lunch. The breakfast spread was exceptional, providing a great start to each day. I was extremely happy with my stay and would gladly choose this hotel again for future business trips.

Poor Breakfast service, mainly due to high volume of client during Eid Holiday, managment could help more when they see staff under pressure rather than just issuing out instructions. Should be more information on the Royal Club facilities rather than just a single statement on arrival which would not be fully explained or understood due to tiedness of the client.

The hotel is conveniently located and has world-class conference facilities. The restaurants offer a diverse range of cuisines. The hotel showcases beautiful traditional Jordanian design. How mesmerizing!

Oh, just a small inconvenience, the air conditioning in my room wouldn't cool below 76 degrees. How lovely!

it was a typical meridien hotel..

they did not refresh my water daily.. and the rooms were old...

Reasonably priced airport transport, clean and comfortable room, amazing and helpful staff, relaxing pool and pool bar, exceptional service.

The breakfast was decent and the location was convenient to get around the city by taxi. The staff was friendly.

The hotel was outdated and in need of some major renovations. The carpets in the rooms were stained, the furniture was old and worn out, and the bathroom had mold in it.

Perfect and enjoyed it to the max, would revisit the hotel
